Chickweed/Stellaria media
Chickweed is a prolific white-flowered beauty containing copious vitamins and minerals when eaten fresh. She's also rich in a substance called saponin which helps her soothe our cells from the inside out.
Even in winter, our garden beds are full of Stellaria, the little star! We harvest the fresh leaves and flowering tops and make the tincture using 100 proof vodka.
The process takes at least 6 weeks. Tinctures have a long shelf life, 3 years or more.
Available in 1oz and 2oz bottles and 4oz jars. Glass with Dropper and Standard Cap.
