We bake a lot at our place, and go through quite a bit of vanilla extract. The hardest thing about making your own is the wait time. Get an headstart and enjoy this batch I made with Madagascar beans and 100 proof vodka starting on 11/1.
Once you finish the bottle, I included enough beans for you to refill with vodka or bourbon. You’ll need to wait at least 6 weeks. It’s worth it!
