Infused honeys are a great way to work with and preserve plants. You can enjoy these by the spoonful or add to a cup of boiled water for a delicious tea. And yes! you can eat the candied plants at the end.
I make these infused honeys with fresh plants and local (to me) honey. They are currently available in 1.5 oz jars.
