Come celebrate the new moon and set intentions with the huntress Artemisia! She's growing and blooming abundantly in our area this time of year, and we want to share the love with you. We'll start by sitting with this fragrant beauty, breathing and observing. Whether meeting her for the first time or deepening your relationship, this day offers plenty of space to be with the wisdom of artemisia vulgaris (aka mugwort). After a simple lunch with as many local ingredients as we can find, we'll return to cronewort and see what medicines she might want to share. Maybe a smoke bundle, maybe a dream pillow, maybe a vinegar?!
This is a one day gathering with the option to car or tent camp Friday and Saturday nights.
Day guests arrive on Saturday at 11 am.
Overnight guests may arrive on Friday after 3 pm and exit on Sunday by 12 pm.
Tickets are per person (15+) and offered on a sliding scale.
If the cost is prohibitive, contact us and let's see what alternative exchange is possible. Preference is given to Black and Brown folks, Women, and those of us with more limited financial means. We trust you'll ask for clarification if needed.
