Infusion Instructions


 

 

in a quart size jar (with lid): 

 boil a little more than one quart of water. place one

ounce of dried herb (appx: 2 handfuls) into the jar.

pour water over the herb, using a metal utensil to

stir and absorb heat. cover and steep.*

 

in a covered pot (quart):

fill pot with water and boil. remove from heat. stir

in one ounce of dried herb (appx 2 handfuls).

cover and steep.*

 

*steep at least 4 hours; overnight is even better. strain

and enjoy. can be refrigerated about 3-4 days. toss the

herb into your compost. dilute unfinished infusion and

give it to your plants.
